Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship to WestCity

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or bring it directly to our WestCity storefront.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
